30-day money-back guarantee
Marivoya is operated by Veronica Castro. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to your first payment on a new subscription and to any renewal charge, counted from the date of that charge.
How to request a refund
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles returns. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with, or contact us through the contact page on this site and we will arrange it with Paddle for you.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle. Paddle typically processes refunds within a few business days, and your bank or card issuer may take a further 5–10 business days to show the credit.
What happens to your account
When a refund is issued, the paid plan ends and your account returns to the free tier. Your trips and documents remain in your account and stay viewable; trips beyond the free tier limit become read-only rather than being deleted. You can resubscribe at any time to unlock editing again.
Cancelling instead of refunding
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings or through Paddle's customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
After 30 days
Requests made more than 30 days after a charge are considered case by case, and we will always honour any refund right you have under the consumer law that applies to you. Payment, billing, and refund mechanics are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms and Paddle's refund policy at paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.
